# Rally Plans

Good plans. Great company.

Rally is a group-planning web app. It brings private availability, budgets, venue preferences and individual approval into one shared plan. It supports arbitrary activities, from dinner at home and hikes to classes and supplier-backed bookings.

## How Rally works

1. Start with an activity, choose your group size and share an invitation.
2. Each person signs in independently and adds their availability, budget and venue preferences. Their private limits are visible only to them. The group sees aggregate readiness.
3. Each current participant reviews and approves the exact proposal. If material terms or the group change, everyone must review and approve again.
4. For casual plans, the organizer confirms after everyone approves. Supplier bookings also require unexpired inventory and the supplier's confirmation. A booking request alone is not a confirmed reservation.

## Plan with your agent

Scoped API-key access is live at rallyplans.com. Your agent can help draft and track a plan for your Rally profile. You verify your account and approve its permissions, and every participant approves a proposal for themselves. Keys belong in the agent host's secure credential field, never in chat.

Start with the [canonical agent guide](https://rallyplans.com/docs/agent). The [discovery document](https://rallyplans.com/.well-known/rally-agent.json) reports live access on that server, and [OpenAPI](https://rallyplans.com/openapi.json) defines exact requests. The [portable skill](https://rallyplans.com/skills/rally/SKILL.md) links back to the guide. The CLI and TypeScript SDK are private development previews, not published packages. Native Muse acceptance is tested separately.

## Common questions

### What activities can we plan?

Any activity your group has in mind. Casual plans do not need a supplier. Supplier-backed bookings depend on available matching inventory and supplier confirmation.

### Can other participants see my budget or availability?

No. Private budget, availability and venue limits are visible only to the participant who supplied them. Other members see shared plan details and aggregate readiness. Suppliers receive accepted terms, not private preferences or participant emails.

### Does Rally collect payments?

No. Free activities need no payment. Shared costs and supplier payments happen outside Rally. Rally does not verify payments.

### Does everyone need an account?

Yes. Each person signs in independently to join, add private preferences and approve a plan. One person's approval never authorizes anyone else's.

### What happens when I close my account?

After active commitments are resolved, account settings allow closure after recent sign-in and explicit confirmation. Direct profile, sign-in and private preference data are removed. Immutable shared plan and booking history remains, including previously shared names. External provider records and backups are not erased by this action. Closure is not complete erasure or anonymization.

## Availability

The web app is available at [Rally](https://rallyplans.com/). Agent API-key availability is reported by each server's discovery document. Native Muse support requires separate browser and Mac acceptance; a published skill alone does not establish it.

Private app, invitation, plan, account and supplier screens require sign-in and appropriate membership or ownership. The landing-page plan is an illustrative example, not a real reservation or evidence of a participant's approval.
