# Rally Plans

> Rally Plans helps groups coordinate any activity with private preferences and individual approval of one exact proposal.

Casual plans need unanimous approval before organizer confirmation. Supplier bookings also need supplier confirmation evidence. Rally does not collect or verify payment. Each participant uses their own account; an agent key represents only its verified owner.

Scoped agent API-key access is live at https://rallyplans.com/.well-known/rally-agent.json. Read that server's `agentAccess.available` value before acting. New-account verification, key approval and each person's proposal approval stay with the human. Native Muse installation and full browser/native acceptance remain separate from API availability. The TypeScript SDK and CLI are private development previews, not published packages.

The canonical onboarding, security, recovery and planning instructions are in the agent guide. The portable skill is a short host entry point, not an installed connector by virtue of its URL.
