Rally, in your workflow.
A few good questions.
What kinds of activities can we plan?
Dinner, a hike, a class, whatever brings your group together. Casual plans need no supplier. Bookings depend on available supplier offers.
When is a plan actually confirmed?
Every current participant must approve the exact proposal. The organizer then confirms a casual plan. Supplier bookings also need an unexpired offer and the supplier’s confirmation.
Does Rally collect payments?
No. Free activities need no payment. Shared costs and supplier payments happen outside Rally and aren’t verified by Rally.
Does everyone need their own account?
Yes. Everyone signs in to join, add private preferences and approve for themselves. If the plan or group changes, everyone approves again.
